Buzet cemetery is located on a hill in the old town of Buzet at the foot of the fortress. In this cemetery, there is the church of St. Vid that has a terrain with the year 1411. entered, although, it is not certain that the church was built then. It is more likely that the church was built in the 17th century, and that the initiator of the construction was the Rašpor captain Marco Antonie Erizzo. The first reconstruction was done by Marcantonie Grimani around 1653. The bell tower is 15 meters (49.2 feet) high and was built at the turn of the 15th century to the 16th century, while the inscription on the church dates from 1614. and 1653.
