Croatian Walk of Fame
The Croatian Walk of Fame is located in Opatija’s Slatina. It is characterized by marble stars with the names of people who have had an impact on the promotion of Croatia and stood out due to their scientific, sporting, cultural or artistic work. Some of the stars are set for the merit of Nikola Tesla, Miroslav Krleza, Dragutin Tadijanović, Oliver Dragojević, Janica Kostelić, Dražen Petrović and others. The project of the Croatian Walk of Fame started in 2005 with the aim to reward the people whose actions were important for Croatia.
