The tower of St. Martin was built in a pentagonal shape in 1459. It was built by the Venetians and was part of the defense system “Castrum Bulleis”. Even though it lost its primary function in the 18th century and even though migrations started to occur and many towers are destroyed, this one still proudly remains. Until 1955, it was a family house, but ended up abandoned and began to deteriorate.
