Wat Borom Racha Ka
Wat Borom Racha Ka Temple (Bangkok-Thailand)
Wat Borom Racha Ka is a popular Chinese temple that is located about 30 km away from Bangkok. It was built in 1996 to honor the 50th anniversary of the King Bhumibol’s rule, when all Thai and Chinese Buddhists were invited to donate funds for construction. It initially covered only a small area, and later expanded with the blessing of Chinese Buddhist Sangha in Thailand. Wat Borom Racha Ka is not a common tourist attraction, but is worth visiting because it is very beautiful. Though it is away from Bangkok, You can get to it by taxi, bus, van or private transport. You can also get there by subway, just exit at the last station, Klong Bang Phai, and take a taxi from there. The temple is 4km away.
