Church of St Anthony (Herceg Novi-Montenegro)
Church and monastery of St Anthony was built in 1710 and dedicated to the saint Anthony of Padua. He was a Portuguese Catholic priest and Franciscan, and it is well-known that in 1263, 42 years after his death, it was decided to build a church in Padua devoted to him and to bring his body to it. General of Order of St Bonaventure has opened the coffin of St Anthony when it was realized that the entire body of the saint was torn, only the tongue remained ruby and whole. He was famous for his miracles and sermons. In addition to the church of St Anthony is also a small cemetery, and the Old town of Herceg Novi is about 400 meters away.
