City Square
City Square (Ljubljana-Slovenia)
Since the 12th century, the City Square was the central point of the city thanks to the City Hall and the houses where upper class resided. In 1511, Ljubljana was hit by the earthquake that brought great destruction after which numerous architectural works were renovated in a different style. The houses still represent medieval architecture and, apart from the City Hall, You can also see Robba’s fountain on the square, representing three rivers: Ljubljanica, Krka and Sava, Lichtenberg house and numerous other valuable attractions.
