Pakoštane
Pakoštane
Pakoštane is a small village located in the very centre of the Adriatic coast. Pakoštane is located between Vransko Lake and the Adriatic Sea, between two bodies of water – fresh and salt water. In addition to the Vrana Lake, Pakoštane is surrounded by Nature park Telašćica and four national parks – Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, Krka and Kornati. Near Pakoštane there are three small islands – the islet of St. Justin with a small church, then the islet of Veliki Školj and Babuljaš. The locals call them faith, hope and love.
