Medveja
Medveja was once a simple fishing village, but then it turned into a tourist attraction able to provide its visitors with an unforgettable holiday. Legend has it that the place was named after the Greek sorceress Medea who was the first one to bathe on the beautiful beach. Medveja provides guests with a variety of interesting features, in addition to its sandy beaches where you can enjoy yourself, there is also a hiking trail if someone wishes to visit the village in the Nature Park Učka with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Gulf and Lovranska Draga. In Medveja, you can stay in a small hotel, a large number of family houses or a camp, which includes apartments, bungalow rooms, rooms at Villa Medvejica and mobile houses. Some houses are equipped with an air conditioning device, TV and terrace with an outdoor fireplace where you can relax while reading a book or watching the sunset.
