Park Ribnjak Zagreb
You will find this park in the eastern part of Kaptol. It had been a part of the city fortification, but it was projected in its current form and built in 1830 by a Zagreb bishop. The former fishponds have been turned into a beautiful English garden with exotic plants, a waterfall and decorative statues. Although the Ribnjak Park should have become a Park of Sculptures, there you will only find a monument dedicated to Ivan Goran Kovačić and a work of Antun Augustinčić named Shame. We are sure you will find something for yourself in this park.
