Sriracha Tiger Zoo
Sriracha Tiger Zoo (Pattaya-Thailand)
When founded in 1982, this zoo had only a few tigers and this is the reason why the zoo has the word „tiger“ in its title. Sriracha is located in Chonburi, about 35 km outside of Pattaya and its main objective is to raise awareness of tiger extinction. Today, it is a home to more than 400 Bengal tigers and to a variety of other animals (crocodiles, ostriches, camels, kangaroos, exotic birds etc.) The zoo also offers several attractions such as the Scorpion Queen, Crocodile Eggs Breaking Festival, Crocodile Wrestling Show, pig racing and Tiger Show. Visitors are also allowed to feed and pet some of the animals, especially tiger cubs. The zoo also has a restaurant with crocodile meat as A delicacy.

Tips:
In Sriracha Tiger Zoo, various animal shows take place and You can take pictures with them. Around 12 km from here, there is Khao Kheow Open Zoo, type of an open-zoo where animals walk freely.
